TE rotation program accelerates participant’s development in order to build individuals with exceptional functional and leadership skills. The rotation program last 2 years and contains at least 2 different assignments. Participants become regular full-time employees after completion of the program.
The rotation program is two years long.
You would work on assignments that give you a broad understanding of your function while also giving you the necessary hands on experience you need to propel your career forward.
There are regular events where you are able to hear from TE's leaders such as vice presidents, presidents of business units and directors.
TE provides a solid structure for the rotation associates while also providing each individual the opportunity to customize several aspects of their rotation experience.
Each rotation participant has a unique rotation schedule and rotates through locations where their business units and functions have subject matter experts.
Moving through several locations provides you the opportunity to meet different teams within TE and learn your function through the eyes of several different managers.
TE provides relocation for each participant so they are able to relocate without the financial burden of moving locations.
