A pre-insulated terminal designed for complete and uniform reliability in the most difficult circuit environments. PIDG (Pre-Insulated Diamond Grip) terminals consist of tin plated copper or tin plated phosphor bronze body for spring spades with a copper sleeve and insulation sleeve fitted over terminal barrel.

PIDG splices are made from high-conductivity copper, of one-piece construction, electro-tinned for corrosion resistance. Splices have nylon insulation of high dielectric strength, and insulation support which permits the lead to bend without breaking.
