Rugged Power Connector Technology
Our rugged power connectors section offers a wide variety of connectors featuring different locking systems, housing and contact placement options that are cost effective, durable and offer high electrical performance. These connectors are great for industrial solutions including material handling equipment, manufacturing equipment, factory automation, telecom solutions or even electric vehicles.

The circular plastic connector (CPC) products offer a very rugged housing and contact design in an easy-to-mate circular connector with a bayonet coupling. Some CPC connectors are designed specifically for applications where environmental sealing is required. The housings are made of heat resistant, self-extinguishing thermoplastic material. The METRIMATE connectors utilize the same contacts as CPC products, yet offer a rectangular configuration for wire-to-board or wire-to-wire applications. The dynamic series connectors offer additional configuration options and a wide variety of contacts that satisfy a broader range of power and signal applications.

    Power Lock Connectors
  • These high current connectors can handle 20 or 60 amperes maximum depending on the application. Contacts for Series I Connectors accept a wire size range of 18-12 AWG and contacts for Series II Connectors accept a wire size range of 10-6 AWG.
    Power Series Connectors
  • AMP Power Series Connectors provide a durable, quick connect/disconnect means to transmit "power" levels of current and voltage (15-275 A, 600 V AC/DC) and primarily comprised of single-pole and 2-pole (battery) connector housings, crimp snap-in contacts, and accessories. Two-pole housings have different polarization configurations. With the exception of black housings, each color identifies a different keying configuration.
