Battery Interconnects
We offer several types of battery interconnects including the battery interconnection connector, the coin cell battery connector, the button battery holder and the Multi-Directional Interconnection (MDI) system. All of the battery interconnect housings are made of high temperature, UL 94V-0 rated thermoplastic. Single contacts are rated at 7 amperes with a 30o T-Rise, and have an operating temperature rating of 30° to +70°C. These assemblies can be customized for various applications and are available with many keying and mounting options.

Battery Interconnection Systems
- We offer a wide variety of Battery Interconnects, all use housings that are made of high temperature UL 94V-0 rated thermoplastic and are available with left or right keying or in keyless mounting configurations. Using a 5-position standard TE Battery Interconnects is a total design solution.

Button Battery Holder Connector
- Button Battery Holder Connector: The button battery holders are ideal for a variety of electronic equipment needing a compact low wattage (typically less than 2 Watts) battery source. These holders are available in horizontal or vertical mount.

Coin Cell Battery Holder Connectors
- Our Coin Cell Battery Holders are designed to hold BR2032 and CR2032 lithium ion battery cells. The coin cell holders are available in a vertical orientation with solder tails or a low profile horizontal orientation with solder or SMT terminations. Designed for plated through hole (PTH) soldering and surface mount soldering, the coin cell holders are self-ejecting allowing for removal of batteries without tools.

Multi-Directional Interconnection (MDI) System
- Our Multi-Directional Interconnection (MDI) System is a 6 position, high-density, versatile interconnect system. The multi-directional aspect of the MDI system make it ideal of docking connector applications while providing a total solution to reduce design cycle time, time to market, and reduced costs.
