 James O’Toole serves as President of the Consumer Solutions Segment of TE Connectivity, one of the world’s largest providers of engineered electronic components, network solutions and wireless systems. With fiscal 2011 sales of $14 billion, TE Connectivity has approximately 100,000 employees in more than 50 countries.

The Consumer Solutions Segment consists of the Consumer Devices, Circuit Protection and Touch Solutions business units. James is responsible for all aspects of this global, broad-based business segment, including sales, product development and operations.

Since joining the company in 2009, Mr. O’Toole led the Circuit Protection and Touch Solutions business units where he successfully drove profitable growth through the launch of innovative solutions and improved operational efficiencies. His extensive experience includes a variety of leadership positions including supply chain, engineering, product management, operations and general management.

Mr. O’Toole received a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Limerick, Ireland.
