Alan Clarke serves as President of the Network Solutions segment of TE Connectivity, one of the world’s largest providers of products and solutions that connect and protect the flow of power and data in virtually every industry. With fiscal 2011 sales of $14 billion, TE Connectivity has approximately 100,000 employees in 50 countries.

As leader of the company’s Network Solutions segment -- one of the world’s largest suppliers of infrastructure components and systems for telecommunications and energy networks -- Mr. Clarke is responsible for all aspects of sales, development and operations for the segment worldwide.

Mr. Clarke worked for Raychem Corporation, which was acquired by Tyco International, in both Europe and Asia holding senior management positions. These included Vice President of the Telecom Division, where he was responsible for the marketing, operations and development worldwide; Asia Division Manager for the Telecom and Energy Division; and various European marketing and sales roles. He has been involved in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years.

Mr. Clarke holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Leicester University, UK, and worked for civil engineering companies in the UK before obtaining a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School, UK.
